I asked for the lowest interest loan I could get, I want blessed with an amazing option. I asked for the most luxurious model of the class of vehicle I wanted, it was granted. I wanted top dollar for my trade in, and that's what I got. Cesar (sales team specialist) worked his magic and delivered everything I wanted. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Also, Damion in finance, this guy has a killer personality. Great guy with an act for making one feel like family.

Definitivamente recomiendo a Jasón y tanto como el que como Downey Nissan cumplen con las normas al COVID todo fue seguro rápido y sobretodo salimos muy contentos . Claro que recomiendo que vayan y agan preguntas y les aclararan todas sus dudas. Agan su cita con Jasón es un excelente vendedor y muy amable 👍👍👍👍

I’m always greeted with a Friendly face.. everyone is very cautious about COVID so they’re masked up and sanitizer is always available.. I appreciate that. They keep my car clean as they service it and always get a car wash! I love it. Excellent client care. With video messaging to keep me updated of the progress and when they’re done. They do routine inspection for the entire vehicle and they tell me if I’m due for big maintenance because of the mileage on the car. Professional and always on time. Thank you Andres and his team !
